BSC issuance will no longer be possible at the borders of Mali as from 15 February 2020

Imports in Mali will no longer receive BESC at destination

Please be informed that since the 01/01/2020, borders controls have been enforced at destination. Not covered cargo have been regularised at the border by CMC in cooperation with our agents. No cargo will forwarded to Mali without BSC and not covered cargo will be subject to regularisation by port Agents at POD before on carriage.

Consequently please be informed that as from the 15/02/2020, BSC issuance will no longer be possible at the borders, but it will be subject to regularisation by our POD agents causing cargo delays at the borders for which we cannot be accounted for as regulation have not been followed in the first place.
Therefore, BSC have to be requested and issued at the origin in order to avoid clearance blockage at destination.
