On the 11th July 2018, the Government of Liberia signed a full Cargo Tracking Note Agreement in Compliance with Chapter Six (6) of the public Authorities Law and SOLAS Chapter XI-2.

The Cargo Tracking Note (Advance Cargo Declaration Management) in the National Port of Liberia.

From the 15th October 2018, every commodity loaded or discharging (Import/Export and transit), at or with Liberia as the origin/final destination has to, prior to shipment, obtain a Movement Reference Number (MRN) from the Global Tracking and Maritime Solutions Holdings’ representative at all ports around the world.
